Ti Slice - PRE-ORDER

PRE-ORDER ONLY - WILL SHIP END OF OCTOBER

Heirloom Quality: Premium materials and a highly-refined, precision-machined design that should last a lifetime.

Overbuilt for Abuse: CNC machined from billet Titanium and marine-grade Bronze, this knife has nothing to corrode, break, loosen, or fall off, because there are no screws, no bearings, and no plastic parts whatsoever.

Always Sharp: It takes a couple seconds to rotate or replace the blade for a fresh edge. No sharpening and no fussing with tools required. A few dollars will buy you a year's supply of blades.

Always Within Reach: Super-compact design easily slips into a pocket, glove box, go-bag, tackle box, or the corner of your nightstand. Light enough that you'll forget you're carrying it, but it will be there when you need it.

USA Made: Machining, finishing, testing, and shipping - all done under one roof by Avonlea and Michael Sargent, a couple of certifiable perfectionists.

How it Works

Quickly Deploy and Retract One-Handed

Deploy the blade by simply pushing down and forward on the button, allowing the bronze slider to lock into position within the titanium body. Reverse the procedure to stow the blade.

Slice All the Things

Cut and slice to your heart's content! Anytime you'd think of dulling your significant other's kitchen knives, just stop, think, and use Ti Slice instead!

Sharpness Without the Struggle

Amazon has changed our lives, but one thing is for certain: Opening and breaking-down boxes is a daily exercise that's here to stay, and nothing dulls a knife faster than cardboard. Luckily, it's super-easy to keep your Ti Slice sharp.

To change the blade, just depress the button and slide the bronze "slider" out the front (see above). You can flip the blade over for a fresh edge, or replace it with a completely new blade.

Keep it On-Hand and At the Ready

Simply attach Ti Slice to your keys or a lanyard. This way you'll always have a sharp knife on-hand when you need it.

It was very important for Ti Slice to attach to our keys, so it could go everywhere that our keys go (which is basically everywhere). So a hole for a key ring was built into the design from the start.

However, we quickly realized that having keys attached to the knife had an unexpected benefit: providing extra gripping area which made it feel much more solid in the hand than you would expect from such a compact knife.

Manufacturing Done Right: IN AMERICA

Ti Slice is made in Tucson, AZ by the creator's company, Sargent Research, LLC. This isn't the cheapest way to make a knife, but it gives us complete freedom to control every detail of the process.

Ti Slice must be manufactured to a very high level of precision. Clearance between parts has to be very close and precise. Tolerances are just a thousandth of an inch on some features (25 microns). To us, this isn't just a knife, it's a showpiece.

We would never consider outsourcing any of this work, because we believe that how you make something is just as important as the design itself.

Belt Sizing Notes

In order to make sure you get the exact size you need, I've created a sizing chart to reference.

"Waist Size" is the distance around your waist, as measured through the belt loops of your pants. Note that your "waist size" is usually slightly larger than your pants size, partly because the belt has to wrap around your pants in addition to your waist, and partly because most pants are trying to make you feel a bit skinnier than you may actually be! All belts will be made longer than your waist size, to provide room for adjustment.

For double layer belts, the sizing is most critical. MEASURE YOUR WAIST WITH A TAPE MEASURE, THROUGH THE BELT LOOPS if you are unsure, and reference the WAIST SIZE column of the chart below.

If the sizing chart does not go small or large enough for you, just leave me a note, and we'll happily make a custom size for you. You can also send me a message if you have any questions.
